构建以企业供应链为导向的物流专业课程群教学模式

Constructing the Teaching Mode of Logistics Major Curriculum Group Guided by Enterprise' Supply Chain

面对复杂多变的市场环境,企业不仅仅注重生产环节,而是将生产活动进行了前伸和后延,不断加强与上、下游企业的紧密联系,形成了企业供应链。在供应链管理模式不断发展的背景下,企业对物流人才的需求不断变化,更加注重实践性与应用性。为了更好地适应企业需求,在物流专业学生培养过程中结合企业供应链将课程群建设纳入现有物流工程相关专业知识体系中,对物流工程、物流管理等专业输出高质量的物流与供应链管理人才十分重要。文章在研究企业供应链的基础上,进一步分析以企业供应链为导向的物流专业课程群教学模式的构建。

Facing the complex and changeable market environment,the enterprise not only pays attention to the production link,but also extends and postpones the production activities,and continuously strengthens the close connection with upstream and downstream enterprises,forming the enterprise supply chain.Under the background of continuous development of supply chain management mode,enterprises'demand for logistics talents is constantly changing,and more attention is paid to practicality and application.In order to better adapt to the needs of enterprises,in the process of training logistics students,we should integrate the construction of course groups into the existing professional knowledge system related to logistics engineering in combination with enterprise supply chain,which is very important for logistics engineering,logistics management and other majors to output high-quality logistics and supply chain management talents.Based on the research of enterprise supply chain,this paper further analyzes the construction of the teaching mode of logistics professional curriculum group oriented by enterprise supply chain.
