信息技术环境下职前教师学习力研究

摘要 当前,人工智能、大数据等技术的迅猛发展促使我国进入智能时代。在此背景下,教育领域发生了翻天覆地的变化,技术与教育的深度融合使教学方式发生变革,也为职前教师的培养带来了挑战。职前教师作为推动新时代教师教育改革发展的主要群体,其专业发展需要跟随时代发展要求。职前教师学习力是职前教师提升专业素养的关键性力量,是教育领域的热点问题。因此,文中通过文献研究法对学习力理论进行了研究,以期为该领域提供理论支持。 At present,the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies has prompted China to en-ter the era of itelligence.In this context,tremendous changes have taken place in the field of education.The deep integration of technology and education has brought about changes in teaching methods,and also brought challenges to the training of pre-service.teachers.As the main group to promote the reform and development of teacher education in the new era,the professional deve-lopment of pre service teachers needs to follow the development requirements of The Times.Learning ability of pre service teach-ers is a key force to improve their professional quality and a hot issue in the field of education.Therefore,this paper studies the theory of learning power through literature research,in order to provide theoretical support for this field.
