在人工监控视频的应用中,其可以通过街道行为分析,制定相应的犯罪预警机制。基于视频监控在犯罪行为预警中的应用,文中完成了视频街道犯罪行为预警系统的设计,其可对街道上的异常行为进行自动分类和分级预警,完成个体行为和群体行为分析。结果发现该系统在应用中可以实现关于街道普遍异常行为的分类分级预警,对违法犯罪行为起到了一定的预警作用。

In the application of artificial survillance video,it can develop corresponding crime early warning mechanisms through street behavior analysis.Based on the application of video surveillance in criminal behavior early warning,this pa-per completes the design of a video street criminal behavior early warning system,which can automatically classify and grade early warning a bnormal behaviors on the street,and complete the analysis of individual behavior and group behavior.The results show that the system can realize the classification and classification early warning of common abnor-mal behaviors on the street in the application,and play a certain early warning role for ilgal and criminal behaviors.
