合理用药监测系统的建设与应用

Construction and Application of Monitoring System for Rational Drug Use

随着我国医药事业的发展,药品种类不断增多,新药层出不穷,药物选择越来越多,但用药安全问题日益突显,医疗信息化建设是解决这一问题的有效手段之一,因此医院建设合理用药监测系统(PASS)具有重要意义。通过PASS对医师的监管审查和用药指导,能显著降低用药风险,预防因用药不当造成的不良事件,同时达到提升医疗质量的目的。文中介绍了合理用药监测系统(PASS)的概要及重要意义,并结合重庆市急救医疗中心(重庆市第四人民医院)阐述了PASS的具体建设及其在医院中的应用,提高了医院合理用药的水平,达到了预期效果。

With the development of medicine in our country,drugs and types are increasing,and new drugs are emerging in an endless stream.More and more drugs are selected for the treatment of diseases,but the problem of drug safety is in-creasingly prominent.The construction of medical information is one of the effective means to solve this problem,so it is very important to build a PASS for rational drug use monitoring system in hospitals.Through the regulatory review and medication guidance for physicians,the risk of medication use can be significantly reduced,adverse events caused by im-proper medication can be prevented,and medical quality can be improved at the same time.This paper introduces the sum-mary and significance of the monitoring system for Rational drug Use(PASS),and elaborates the specific construction of PASS and its application in Chongqing Emergency Medical Center,which improves the level of rational drug use in the hospital and achieves the expected effect of the hospital.
