随着“互联网+”战略的实施,互联网技术在各行各业中快速发展,这在提高企业财务工作效率的同时,也在某种程度上增加了企业的财务风险,企业需要进一步优化财务内部控制,有效避免各种风险问题。文中立足于内部控制视角详细阐述了“互联网+”环境下企业财务风险的新特征、新类型,剖析了“互联网+”环境下企业面临的财务风险,并提出了“互联网+”环境下识别与防范企业财务风险的具体对策。

With the implementation of the"Internet plus"strategy,the rapid development of Internet technology in vari-ous sectors of society,this is not only improves the efficiency of enterprise financial work at the same time,but also to some extent increased the enterprise financial risk,enterprises need to further optimize the financial internal control in or-der to effectively avoid the risk of each link.Therefore,based on the perspective of internal control,this paper elaborates the new characteristics and types of corporate financial risks under the"Internet plus"environment,analyzes the financial risks faced by enterprises under the"Internet plus"environment,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to identify and prevent corporate financial risks under the"Internet plus"environment.
