摘要
在现代电力及通信行业运营的过程中,会产生的大量报废蓄电池,从而引起环境污染,其在搬运过程中还可能会对人身造成伤害,因此急需一种满足规范要求的存储废旧蓄电池的托盘,来存放、管理、回收报废蓄电池。为降低环保风险,提高搬运效率,文中首先分析了废旧蓄电池储存对托盘技术的要求,从环保角度和提高经理效益两方面对托盘进行了结构设计和电路设计,研制了一种智能废旧蓄电池存放托盘。该智能托盘能够防止电池泄露,降低作业人员的劳动强度。
