摘要
明确民办幼儿园雇主对本科学历教师就业能力的需要有助于提高人才能力结构培养与幼儿园需求的适切度,推动中国发展高质量学前教育。通过对220条网络招聘信息的内容分析和数据挖掘发现,幼儿园雇主重视反映专业知识与技能掌握的工作经验、就读专业、获得从业资格证,体现语言技能的语言能力,体现社会技能的沟通能力、表达能力、组织能力;关注自我概念中的职业操守与合作精神,具备责任心、爱心、亲和力的个人特征以及体现能力潜质的学习能力。提升幼儿园教师就业能力可从增强外显能力与提升内核素质两个方面作为切入口,通过习得与提升基准性素质并实现能力可视化,以修炼鉴别性能力素质打造竞争优势。
Identifying the non-state-operated kindergarten employers’expectations on teachers with a bachelor’s degree will help improve the relevancy between the development of talent competence structure and the needs of kindergartens,and promote high-quality development of China’s preschool education.Based on the content analysis and data mining of 220 pieces of online recruitment information,the following results are obtained:kindergarten employers value aspects that can reflect candidates’command of professional knowledge and skills such as work experience,the major pursued in college and the qualification certificates obtained;language skills that manifest language proficiency;social skills such as communication skills,presentation skills and organizational capability.They also attach great importance to candidates’self-concept such as professional ethics and team spirit;personal traits such as being responsible,caring and amicable and the learning capacity that shows candidates’potential competence.Kindergarten teachers’employability can be enhanced by simultaneously strengthening explicit capability and improving core qualities.Capability can be made visible by acquiring and enhancing threshold competence.Differentiating competence can be improved to build competitiveness.
