双相情感障碍患者血清UA、PRL、TNF-α和IL-6水平变化及临床意义

Changes and clinical significance of serum UA,PRL,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in patients with bipolar disorder

目的研究双相情感障碍(bipolar disorder,BPD)患者血清尿酸(uric acid,UA)、泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平的变化及临床意义。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月湖州市第三人民医院收治的BPD患者60例,按照疾病发作情况将其分为双相抑郁组(n=30)和双相躁狂组(n=30),同期另外选取60例体检健康者作为对照组。比较治疗前后各组血清UA、PRL、TNF-α和IL-6表达水平和BPD患者表达水平。结果治疗前,双相抑郁组和双相躁狂组的血清UA、PRL、TNF-α和IL-6水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),双相躁狂组和双相抑郁组的血清UA、PRL、TNF-α和IL-6水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,双相躁狂组和双相抑郁组的血清UA、PRL、TNF-α和IL-6均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论BPD患者血清UA、PRL、TNF-α和IL-6表达水平与疾病的发生有关,可能对BPD的诊断和病情程度评判具有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum uric acid(UA),prolactin(PRL),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with bipolar disorder(BPD).Methods A total of 60 patients with BPD admitted to the Huzhou Third Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a bipolar depression group(n=30)and a bipolar mania group(n=30)according to their disease episodes,while an additional 60 physically healthy individuals were selected as the control group during the same period.The expression levels of serum UA,PRL,TNF-αand IL-6 in each group before and after treatment were compared with those in patients with BPD.Results Before treatment,serum UA,PRL,TNF-αand IL-6 levels were significantly higher in the bipolar depression group and bipolar mania group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between serum UA,PRL,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the bipolar mania and bipolar depression groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum UA,PRL,TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly lower in the bipolar mania group and bipolar depression group than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The increased serum UA,PRL,TNF-αand IL-6 expression levels in patients with BPD and decreased after treatment are related to the occurrence of the disease and may be of some value for the diagnosis and evaluation of the degree of bipolar disorder.
