一次性静脉输液排气成功标准手法的研究

Study on the successful standard technique of exhaust of disposable intravenous infusion

目的探讨并比较临床静脉输液操作中3种排气方法的一次性排气成功率。方法选取2022年1月至2022年3月于萍乡市人民医院住院进行静脉输液的患者300例,按编号随机分成对照1组(n=100)、对照2组(n=100)和试验组(n=100)。对照1组采用传统排气方法,对照2组采用2“U”型排气法,试验组采用一次性静脉输液标准手法排气。对比3组的一次排气成功率、排出液体量、成功排气时间及医务人员满意度。结果试验组排气成功率和排出药液量均显著高于其他2组,且对照2组高于对照1组(P<0.05);试验组成功排气时间短于其他两组(P<0.05),且对照2组时间短于对照1组(P<0.05);试验组医务人员的排气满意度显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),且对照2组高于对照1组(P<0.05)。结论一次性静脉输液排气成功标准手法优于传统排气方法、2“U”型排气法,能够提高一次性排气成功率,缩短排气时间,减少药液浪费,从而提升工作效率,值得临床推广、应用。

Objective To explore and compare the success rate of one-time exhaust of three methods in clinical intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 300 patients with intravenous infusion in Pingxiang People’s Hospital from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group 1(n=100),control group 2(n=100)and the test group(n=100)according to the number.The control group 1 used the traditional exhaust method,the control group 2 used the 2"U"exhaust method,and the test group used the standard method of one-time intravenous infusion.The success rate,the amount of liquid discharged,the time of successful exhaust and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared.Results The success rate of venting and the amount of fluid drained were significantly higher in the test group than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the control group 2 was higher than the control 1 group(P<0.05);the successful venting time was shorter in the test group than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the control group 2 was shorter than that in the control group 1(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the medical staff with venting was significantly higher in the test group than that in the other two groups,and the control group 2 was higher than that in the control group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard method for successful exhaust of one-time intravenous infusion is better than the traditional exhaust method and 2“U”exhaust method.
