Construction and application of telemedicine service platform

本研究以新疆医科大学为核心,8所附属医院为分支节点,基于多学科诊疗模式,整合多维临床检验、检查信息,以疑难及危重症患者为中心,实现面向大学所属各医院及区域内接入医疗机构院际、院内各科室间的协同诊疗,建立一体化的多学科协同医疗平台,构建七大协同业务模块,两个基础数据平台,在保障疆内百姓基本医疗服务公平享有的基础上,实现了区内疑难重症疾病诊断和治疗的公平享有。

This study taked Xinjiang Medical University as the core and eight affiliated hospitals as branch nodes,based on the multidisciplinary team,integrates multi-dimensional clinical test and examination information,focused on patients with difficult and critical illnesses,realized inter-hospital and intra-hospital collaborative diagnosis and treatment for all hospitals under the university and access medical institutions in the region,established an integrated multidisciplinary collaborative medical platform,builded seven collaborative business modules and two basic data platforms,and achieves equitable access to diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical illnesses in the region on the basis of ensuring equitable access to basic medical services for people in Xinjiang.
