基于PDCA框架下的医用设备质控管理

Medical equipment quality control management based on PDCA framework

目前随着全国医改工作的进行,医院逐渐重视医用设备的规范化、标准化、精细化管理。河北省沧州市人民医院制订出符合医院基本情况的医用设备质控方案,并对医用设备通过采用随机抽查、统计分析的方法对医院部分科室医用设备质控情况进行访查,发现各项质控访查结果均要低于质控目标,通过鱼骨图找出访查结果低的真正原因,通过PDCA积极主动地制订了医用设备质控管理的措施和改进方法,使得医院医用设备质量管理得到提高。

At present,with the progress of national medical reform,hospitals gradually pay attention to the normalization,standardized,and refined management of medical equipment.Cangzhou People’s Hospital of Hebei Province has formulated a medical equipment quality control program that conforms to the basic conditions of the hospital,the medical equipment quality control management in some departments of the hospital was investigated by random sampling and statistical analysis.It is found that the quality control inspection results are lower than the quality control target,the real reason for the low result was found out by fishbone diagram,through Daming circle(also known as PDCA cycle)actively developed the medical equipment quality control management measures and improvement methods,so that the hospital medical equipment quality control management has been improved.
