摘要
围手术期疼痛的诊断和治疗依赖于伤害性刺激监测的可靠性和敏感性。近年来,在心率变异性(HRV)基础上衍生出的镇痛监测参数镇痛-伤害感受指数(ANI)为客观评估伤害性刺激导致的疼痛带来了新发展。与传统的镇痛监测方法相比,ANI有明显的优势和应用前景。该综述就ANI的发展、临床研究情况和优劣势等方面进行介绍,以期为ANI的临床应用提供依据。
The diagnosis and treatment of perioperative pain depend on the reliability and sensitivity of the monitoring of traumatic stimuli.In recent years,the analgesic-nociceptive index(ANI),an analgesic monitoring parameter derived from heart rate variability(HRV),has brought new development for the objective assessment of pain caused by traumatic stimuli.ANI has specific advantages and potential applications over traditional analgesic monitoring methods.This review introduced the development,clinical studies,advantages and disadvantages of ANI,in order to provide a basis for clinical application of ANI.
