摘要
肿瘤患者的营养诊断是合理的营养干预必不可少的步骤。作为国内首创的诊治营养不良肿瘤患者的临床专业团队,笔者将肿瘤内科和营养科的临床质量管理体系、技术方案和业务岗位有机整合在一起。通过十年的理论学习和临床实践探索,针对肿瘤患者的营养诊断等问题,形成了相对固定的临床路径,推荐给同道做临床实践中的参考。
The diagnosis of nutritional state is an essential step for rational nutritional intervention in cancer patients.As the first clinical professional team for the diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition in tumor patients in China,we have organically integrated the clinical quality management system,technical solutions and business positions of the oncology department and nutrition departments through ten years of theoretical study and clinical exploration,and a relatively fixed clinical method has formed for the nutritional diagnosis of cancer patients,which is recommended to the colleagues for reference in clinical practice.
