成纤维细胞生长因子19联合成纤维细胞生长因子21检测在尿路上皮癌患者中的预测价值

Predictive value of fibroblast growth factor 19 combined with fibroblast growth factor 21 in patients with urothelial carcinoma

目的探讨尿路上皮癌(UC)患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子19(FGF19)联合成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)检测在UC中的预测价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月于河北北方学院附属第一医院接受UC手术的27例患者作为尿路上皮癌组,同时选取30名健康志愿者作为对照组。比较两组FGF19、FGF21水平,并进行受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析。结果UC组血清FGF19水平低于对照组,FGF21水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同ESRD情况患者血清FGF19水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同CAD、ESRD、复发史情况患者血清FGF21水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在ROC曲线分析中,FGF19、FGF21的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.82和0.73,两者联合检测的AUC为0.88。结论FGF19和FGF21对UC患者具有一定预测价值,两者联合具有更高预测价值。

Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)combined with fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21)in urothelial carcinoma(UC)patients.Methods A total of 27 patients who underwent surgery for UC in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the UC group,and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.FGF19 and FGF21 levels were compared between the two groups,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was performed.Results The serum FGF19 level in UC group was lower than that in control group,and the serum FGF21 level was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in serum FGF19 level of different ESRD condition patients(P<0.05).The serum FGF21 levels in patients with different CAD,ESRD and relapse conditions were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In ROC curve analysis,the area under the curve(AUC)of FGF19 and FGF21 were 0.82 and 0.73 respectively,and the AUC for combined detection of the two was 0.88.Conclusion FGF19 and FGF21 have certain predictive value for UC patients,and their combination has higher predictive value.
