气动物流系统在心血管专科医院中的应用实践

Application practice of pneumatic logistics system in cardiovascular hospital

现代物流系统的应用不仅显著提高了物资的运输效率、极大地节约了人力成本,还提高了各行业的管理精细化水平,将其应用于医疗领域得到的成效尤为明显。本文简要介绍了气动物流、轨道物流、中型箱式物流、自动导引车等4种不同种类的现代物流系统及其各自的优劣势,介绍了厦门大学附属心血管病医院气动物流系统的基本情况,阐述了心血管专科医院中流通物品的分类,并据此讨论了心血管专科医院物流需求及物流系统选型要点,针对医院采用的气动物流系统,从系统传输量、系统传输效率、系统运行稳定性、管理效益等4个方面对气动物流系统运行情况进行了详细分析,说明医院选择气动物流系统作为物资主要物流手段的可行性和正确性,为心血管病专科医院物流传输系统的构建提供参考。

The application of modern logistics system not only significantly improves the transportation efficiency of materials,greatly saves the labor cost,but also improves the management refinement level of various industries.The application of modern logistics system in the medical field has achieved particularly obvious results.This paper briefly introduces four different kinds of modern logistics systems such as pneumatic logistics,track logistics,medium-sized box logistics,automatic guided vehicle and their advantages and disadvantages,introduces the basic situation of the pneumatic logistics system of Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital Xiamen University,and describes the classification of circulating goods in cardiovascular hospital.Based on this,the logistics needs of cardiovascular hospitals and the key points of logistics system selection are discussed.In view of the pneumatic logistics system adopted by cardiovascular hospital,the operation of the pneumatic logistics system is analyzed in detail from four aspects,including system transmission volume,system transmission efficiency,system operation stability and management benefit.This paper explains the feasibility and correctness of choosing pneumatic logistics system as the main logistics means of materials in hospital,and provides reference for the construction of logistics transmission system in cardiovascular hospitals.
