循环加压冷疗法联合消肿止痛膏外敷对踝部骨折早期软组织肿胀的护理效果

Nursing effect of circulation pressure and cold therapy combined with external application of Detumescence and Analgesic Ointment on early soft tissue swelling of ankle fracture

目的探讨循环加压冷疗法联合消肿止痛膏外敷在踝部骨折患者护理中的应用及对患者早期软组织肿胀的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月抚州妇幼保健院外科收治的62例踝部骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(31例)与对照组(31例)。对照组患者给予常规护理干预方法,试验组患者在此基础上实施循环加压冷疗法联合消肿止痛膏外敷干预方法。比较两组患者的踝关节肿胀程度、疼痛程度、张力性水疱发生率及术前等待时间。结果试验组患者干预1、3 d的踝关节肿胀程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者干预1、3 d的NRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的术前张力性水泡发生率低于对照组,术前等待时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将循环加压冷疗法联合消肿止痛膏外敷干预应用于踝部患者护理中,可显著降低患者的踝关节肿胀程度,缓解患者疼痛,减少患者张力性水疱发生率,加快患者手术治疗进程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of circulation pressure and cold therapy combined with external application of Detumescence and Analgesic Ointment in nursing care of patients with ankle fracture and its influence on early soft tissue swelling.Methods A total of 62 patients with ankle fracture who were admitted to Department of Surgery of Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with circulation pressure and cold therapy combined with external application of Detumescence and Analgesic Ointment.The degree of ankle swelling,pain degree,incidence of tension blisters and preoperative waiting time between the two groups were compared.Results The degree of ankle joint swelling in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group on the first day and the third day of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the patients in the experimental group on the first day and the third day of intervention were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of preoperative tension blisters in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the preoperative waiting time was shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of circulation pressure and cold therapy combined with external application of Detumescence and Analgesic Ointment in the nursing of ankle patients can significantly reduce the degree of ankle swelling,relieve the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of tension blisters,and accelerate the process of surgical treatment.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
