手外伤术后握力及捏力的影响因素的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 手的握、捏活动是人们进行日常生活及精细运动的基础。而稳定的握力和捏力是上肢力量和功能的良好体现。随着社会劳动的增多,越来越多的手外伤事件发生。手外伤后握力、捏力恢复是手功能重建的重要部分。本文总结分析了测量工具及方式、人体测量学改变、肌腱损伤、侧副韧带损伤、截指、手内在肌和手外在肌、术后疼痛及心理因素、皮瓣修复、康复训练对手外伤术后捏力和握力的影响,希望能够为今后手外伤术后的临床研究与康复提供一定的参考。 The activities of gripping and pinching are the basis of people’s daily life and fine movement.And stable grip and pinch strength is a good indication of upper body strength and function.With the increase of social labor,more and more hand trauma events occur.Recovery of grip and pinch strength after hand injury is an important part of hand function reconstruction.This paper summarizes and analyzes the effects of measuring tools and methods,anthropometric changes,tendon injury,collateral ligament injury,finger amputation,internal and external muscles of the hand,postoperative pain and psychological factors,flap repair,rehabilitation training on hand pinch and grip strength after trauma surgery,hoping to provide a certain reference for future clinical research and rehabilitation of hand trauma surgery.
