摘要
环状RNAs(circular RNAs,circRNAs)是一类通过mRNA前体反向剪接形成的非编码RNA,参与不同的生物学功能。它们结构高度稳定,在器官和组织中特异性表达。circRNAs具有microRNA海绵、蛋白质海绵、转录因子以及蛋白质翻译模板等关键功能。circRNAs的差异表达在神经母细胞瘤等许多人类疾病中都有被报道。因此,我们对circRNAs的形成模式、性质、表达调控及其在神经母细胞瘤中的研究现状进行了简要概述,重点探讨了circRNAs在神经母细胞瘤中的诊疗及预后的应用前景。
Circular RNAs(circRNAs)comprise a group of noncoding RNAs formed by reverse splicing of mRNA precursors and are involved in different biological functions.They are extremely stable and expressed specifically in organs and tissues.circRNAs have primary functions such as microRNA sponges,RNA-binding protein and transcriptional regulatory protein,and translational templates.The abnormal expression of circRNAs has been reported in many human diseases including neuroblastoma(NB).Therefore,we briefly summarize their fundamental rules of regulating process as well as the mechanism.More importantly,we mainly review the current research progress of circRNAs in NB with a focus on the potential application for NB diagnosis,therapy and prognosis.
