In order to ensure the operating income of the enterprise and effectively improve the efficiency of on-site construction,the enterprise needs to do a good job in project cost control and quality control by establishing a complete budget system.Based on this,this paper analysis of the role and key points of construction project budget preparation,discusses the factors that affect project cost caused by budget preparation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,aiming at improving the level of construction project budget preparation and ensuring the quality of project pricing.
