With the rapid development of my country's social economy and the advancement of urbanization,the construction quantity and construction scale of civil engineering are also increasing year by year,especially residential construction projects that improve people's living environment have higher requirements for engineering quality.Based on this,starting from the characteristics of civil engineering construction management and the importance of strengthening construction quality,the article analyzes and discusses in detail the problems existing in the quality management of civil engineering construction at this stage,and proposes optimization countermeasures for the quality management of civil engineering construction projects,hoping to provide relevant persons with Suggestions and help to contribute to the development of my country's construction engineering industry.
