随着时代的发展,精细管理模式受到了业内人士的青睐,企业管理人员应充分认识到精细管理模式的应用价值,将精细管理落实到项目的各个阶段,从根本上提高工程施工质量。基于此,对精细化管理的意义进行了分析,并对房建工程施工精细化管理展开了探讨,提出了相应措施,以期提升我国建筑工程施工中的精细化管理水平,为相关从业人员提供参考。

With the development of the times,the fine management model has been favored by industry insiders.Enterprise managers should fully recognize the application value of the fine management model,implement fine management in various stages of the project,and fundamentally improve the quality of engineering construction.Based on this,the article analyzed the significance of refined management,and discussions were conducted on refined management of housing construction projects.Corresponding measures were proposed to improve the level of refined management in China's construction projects and provide reference for relevant practitioners.
