大功率紫外杀菌灯灯丝的加工工艺研究

摘要 紫外杀菌灯具有非常好的杀菌消毒效果,但大功率紫外杀菌灯的核心部件-灯丝的废品率高,影响了产能和交货期。通过紫外杀菌灯灯丝的废品率柏拉图分析,研究灯丝生产过程的退火工艺,获得更优的定型工艺参数。结果表明:采用灯丝头道绕制后升温到1100℃、收丝速度为4.5 m·s^(-1)的湿氢退火工艺,能有效改善断丝现象;高温定型前增加丙酮浸泡去除油污,能避免退火时渗碳产生的钨丝发脆现象;优化高温退火定型工艺(1400℃、加热15 min、保温15 min),控制了灯丝丝身螺旋长度。经试验验证,灯丝废品率由原来的40%降至了10%以内。 Ultraviolet germicidal lamp has excellent sterilization and disinfection effect.However,the core component of high-power ultraviolet germicidal lamps-the filament waste rate is high,which can affect the production capacity and delivery time.The annealing process of filament production was studied by Plato analysis of the waste rate of ultraviolet sterilizing filament,and better setting process parameters were obtained.The results show that,the filament breaking phenomenon can be effectively improved by heating the wet hydrogen annealing process up to 1100℃and winding speed of 4.5 m·s^(-1).Adding acetone soaking to remove oil stain before high temperature setting can avoid the brittle phenomenon of tungsten wire produced by carburizing during annealing.The high temperature setting process(1400℃,heating for 15 min,holding for 15 min)is optimized to control the screw length of filament body.The waste rate of filament reduceds from 40%to less than 10%.
