青年参与乡村振兴的百年历程、现实困境与发展路径

The Centennial Course,Realistic Dilemma and Development Path of Youth Participation in Rural Revitalization

人才是实现乡村振兴的根本保障,是推动乡村振兴的动力引擎,青年人才更是时代前行的先锋,承载着振兴乡村的伟大历史使命。在历史语境中,青年与乡村双向奔赴,具有高度的内在契合性,青年展现了振兴乡村的时代担当。当前,青年群体脱离农村场域,缺乏扶持与引导,农村发展要素供给不足等问题成为制约青年参与乡村振兴的多重障碍。因此,必须采用以思想振兴为先导,引领青年群体返乡归巢;以政策赋能为依托,健全青年群体发展支持体系;以社会资本介入为支撑,加强农村要素供给等对策来寻求出路,积极促进青年人才返乡归巢,振兴乡村。

Talents are the fundamental guarantee for the realization of rural revitalization and the motive engine for promoting rural revitalization.Young talents are the pioneers of the times and carry the great historical mission of rural revitalization.In the historical context,youth and rural areas go both ways,with a high degree of internal consistency.Youth shows the responsibility of the times to revitalize the countryside.At present,youth groups are separated from rural areas,lack of support and guidance for youth groups,and insufficient supply of rural development factors have become multiple obstacles restricting youth participation in rural revitalization.Therefore,we must take the ideological revitalization as the guide,lead the youth groups to return home,rely on policy empowerment,improve the support system for the development of youth groups,take capital entry as the support,and strengthen the supply of rural factors to find a way out,in order to promote the return of young talents to their homes and revitalize the countryside.
