摘要
分析高校中层领导岗位能力需求,对提高青年干部培养的精准性科学性具有积极意义。当下,高校在面向中层领导岗位选用、考核、培养青年干部时,存在对能力需求模糊、操作性不够强、效果不够好等现实困境。着眼时代发展要求,分析高校中层领导岗位担负的共性任务和个性任务,解析聚合形成高校中层领导岗位能力需求清单,从而为青年干部培养提供具体参照。对标高校中层领导岗位能力需求清单库,强化青年干部职业发展等方面的规划设计,健全经费保障、项目统筹、优先使用等制度机制,不断加强高校青年干部培养。
It is of positive significance to analyze the competence needs of middle-level leaders in colleges and universities for improving the accuracy and scientificity of young cadres training.At present,when colleges and universities face the selection,assessment and training of young cadres for middle-level leadership positions,there are practical difficulties such as vague demand for ability,insufficient operability,and insufficient effect.We should focus on the requirements of the development of the times,analyze the common tasks and individual tasks of the responsibilities of middle-level leaders in universities,and analyze the aggregate capacity requirement list of the middle-level leadership positions in colleges and universities,which provide specific reference for the training of young cadres.Benchmark the list database of middle-level leaders'ability needs in colleges and universities,strengthen the planning and design of young cadres'career development,build strong institutional mechanisms such as fund guarantee,project coordination and priority use,and continuously strengthen the training of young cadres in colleges and universities.
