健康行为互动模式在早期宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能恢复中的应用效果

Effect of Healthy Behavior Interaction Model on Bladder Function Recovery in Patients with Early CervicalCancerafter Surgery

目的探讨在早期宫颈癌手术患者中实施健康行为互动模式,对术后恢复患者膀胱功能的效果。方法选择2019年2月—2022年2月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院(厦门市妇幼保健院)收治的90例早期宫颈癌患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各45例。对照组实施常规护理。研究组实施健康行为互动模式。观察并比较两组术后2周心理状态、健康促进行为、癌因性疲乏以及膀胱排尿和储尿功能。结果研究组术后2周心理状态、健康促进行为和癌因性疲乏评分,以及膀胱排尿和储尿功能均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康行为互动模式可促进早期宫颈癌患者术后膀胱排尿和储尿功能恢复,降低癌因性疲乏程度、改善心理状态、建立健康行为,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of health behavior interaction model on the recovery of bladder function in patients with early cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with early cervical cancer admitted to the Women's and Children's Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University(Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital)from February 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 45 cases each.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the study group implemented a healthy behavior interaction model.The psychological state,health promotion behavior,cancer-related fatigue,bladder urination and urine storage function of the two groups were observed and compared at 2 weeks after operation.Results The psychological state,health promotion behavior,cancer-related fatigue score,bladder urination and urine storage function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group at 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The health behavior interaction model can promote the recovery of bladder urination and urine storage function in patients with early cervical cancer surgery,reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue,improve psychological status,and establish healthy behavior,which is worthy of promotion and use.
