复方丹参滴丸辅治老年慢性心力衰竭的效果及对患者心功能和血液学指标的影响分析

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in Treating Senile Chronic Heart Failure and Its Influence on CardiacFunction and Hematological Indexes

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效,以及对患者心功能和血液学指标的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月兰陵县中医医院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者82例,随机分为接受常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗的常规组,以及采取常规抗心力衰竭药物联合复方丹参滴丸治疗的联合组。两组均连续治疗8周后,评估临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后心功能和血液学指标。结果联合组总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心功能和血液学指标均较治疗前得到改善,两组治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组血液学指标,以及心功能指标除左室射血分数外,均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗老年慢性心力衰竭,能够有效提高临床疗效,而且能对患者的心功能和血液学指标产生积极影响。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound danshen dropping pill in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly,and its effect on cardiac function and hematological indexes.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Lanling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional group receiving conventional anti-heart failure drugs and the combined group receiving conventional anti-heart failure drugs combined with compound danshen dripping pills.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the cardiac function and hematological indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function and hematological indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.The difference was significant before and after treatment in two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the hematological indexes and cardiac function indexes of the combined group were significantly better than those of the conventional group except for the left ventricular ejection fraction(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound danshen dropping pills can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and have a positive impact on the cardiac function and hematological indexes of patients.
