逍遥散内服联合维A酸外涂治疗轻中度痤疮的效果

Effect of Oral Administration of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with External Application of Retinoic Acid in the Treatmentof Mildto Moderate Acne

目的探讨维A酸外涂联合逍遥散内服治疗轻中度痤疮的临床效果。方法选取盘锦市盘山县人民医院2021年1—12月收治的70例轻中度痤疮患者,随机分为西药组和联合组各35例。西药组给予维A酸外涂治疗。联合组给予维A酸外涂联合逍遥散内服治疗。两组治疗6周后比较临床疗效、中医症候评分和生活质量评分。结果联合组总有效率为94.29%,高于西药组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组中医症候各项评分及总分均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组皮肤病生活质量量表各项评分及总分均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散内服联合维A酸外涂治疗轻中度痤疮的效果较单独西药外涂更好,能够进一步促进皮损修复,并提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of retinoic acid combined with oral administration of Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.Methods A total of 70 patients with mild to moderate acne admitted to Panshan County People's Hospital,Panjin City from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group with 35 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with retinoic acid.The combined group was treated with retinoic acid and Xiaoyao powder.After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(94.29%vs 77.14%)(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of TCM symptoms in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with retinoic acid on mild and moderate acne is better than that of western medicine alone,which can further promote the repair of skin lesions and improve the quality of life.
