二维联合三维超声检查对产前胎儿肢体畸形的诊断效果

Effect of Two-dimensional Ultrasound Combined with Three-dimensional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Prenatal Fetal Limb Deformity

目的探讨二维联合三维超声检查对产前胎儿肢体畸形的诊断效果。方法选择2019年7月—2021年7月在南平市妇幼保健院参加产前三级排畸的孕妇5852例,均行二维及三维超声检查,比较二维超声与二维联合三维超声诊断产前胎儿肢体畸形的效果。结果5852例孕妇经产后检查确诊胎儿肢体畸形79例,二维超声检查确诊65例、误诊1例、漏诊13例,二维联合三维超声检查确诊75例、漏诊4例。二维联合三维超声检查的诊断准确率较二维超声检查高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二维超声检查的灵敏度为82.28%,特异度为99.98%;二维联合三维超声检查的灵敏度为94.94%,特异度为100%。结论二维超声联合三维超声检查对产前胎儿肢体畸形的诊断准确率较高,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with threedimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal limb malformation.Methods A total of 5,852 pregnant women who participated in the third stage of prenatal screening examination at Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected for two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examination.The effect of single two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound was compared in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal limb abnormalities.Results In 5,852 pregnant women,79 cases of fetal limb deformities were confirmed by post-natal examination,65 cases were confirmed by two-dimensional ultrasound,1 case was misdiagnosed and 13 cases were missed,while 75 cases were confirmed by two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound,and 4 cases were missed.The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of two-dimensional ultrasound were 82.28%and 99.98%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound were 94.94%and 100%,respectively.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal limb malformation is high,and it is worth popularizing.
