肌肉骨骼超声检查对慢性足底筋膜炎的诊断效果

Diagnostic Effect of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound on Chronic Plantar Fasciitis

目的分析肌肉骨骼超声检查对慢性足底筋膜炎的诊断价值。方法选取2018年6月—2020年11月辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院收治的48例慢性足底筋膜炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行肌肉骨骼超声和磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查。观察并比较肌肉骨骼超声与磁共振(MRI)检查患者健侧和患侧足底筋膜厚度与重复性测量信度,以及肌肉骨骼超声检查患者健侧和患侧足底筋膜厚度第1次、第2次值和2次检查平均值。结果肌肉骨骼超声检查健侧和患侧足底筋膜厚度与磁共振(MRI)检查结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肌肉骨骼超声检查和磁共振(MRI)检查对患者健侧和患侧均具有较好的重复性测量信度。患侧肌肉骨骼超声检查第1次、第2次及2次检查平均值均较健侧高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌肉骨骼超声检查对慢性足底筋膜炎具有较好的诊断效果,可以有效测量足底筋膜厚度,具有良好的重复性测量信度,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in chronic plantar fascitis.Methods From June 2018 to November 2020,a total of 48 patients with chronic plantar fascitis admitted to Fuxin Mining General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent musculoskeletal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination.Observe and compare the reliability of the repeatability measurement of the thickness of plantar fascia on the healthy side and the affected side of the patients examined by musculoskeletal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),as well as the average value of the first,second and mean value of the thickness of plantar fascia on the healthy side and the affected side of the patients examined by musculoskeletal ultrasound.Results There was no significant difference in the thickness of plantar fascia between the healthy side and the affected side by musculoskeletal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)(P>0.05).Musculoskeletal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)have good repeatability measurement reliability for both healthy and affected side.The average value of the first,second and mean value of musculoskeletal ultrasound on the affected side was significantly higher than that on the healthy side(P<0.05).Conclusion Musculoskeletal ultrasound has a good diagnostic effect on chronic plantar fascitis,which can effectively check the thickness of plantar fascia,has a good repeatability measurement reliability,and is worth popularizing.
