国医大师肖承悰运用胡芦巴丸加减治疗子宫腺肌病致痛经的临床经验

TCM master Xiao Chengzong’s experience with modified Huluba Pill in treating dysmenorrhea induced by adenomyosis

Adenomyosis,a common disease in gynecology which is hard to cure,is caused by the invasion of endometrial glands and stroma into the myometrium,with progressive and aggravated dysmenorrhea as its major clinical manifestation.It falls into the category of“dysmenorrhea”in traditional Chinese medicine according to its clinical manifestations.Master of traditional Chinese medicine Xiao Chengzong believes that the main pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea induced by adenomyosis is kidney Yang deficiency,cold coagulation and blood stasis.Kidney Yang deficiency is considered to be the basis of its pathogenesis,while cold coagulation and blood stasis is the pathological feature.In pattern differentiation and treatment,equal attention should be paid to both warming and unblocking,and to both symptoms and root causes.Professor Xiao’s experience with modified Huluba Pill in treating dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis is presented from the following aspects of warming Yang to dissipate cold,moving Qi to relieve pain,transforming blood stasis and unblocking meridians stage-based treatment,strengthening and supporting healthy Qi,and harmonizing Qi and blood.Professor Xiao’s ideas of treatment and medication are presented in combination with clinical medical records.
