钒钛矿粉与进口矿粉的熔融特性比较

摘要 随着进口矿粉的限制条件趋紧以及价格上涨,国内矿粉对粗钢产量的贡献率逐年提高,而针对我国攀西地区丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源的高效开发利用受到钢铁企业的关注。本文以软化温度、半球温度、流动温度和软化区间等熔融特性指标值来近似描述矿粉的液相形成和流动特征,并采用自主研发的微型烧结和矿粉熔融特性测定装置,在约束SiO_(2)质量分数和碱度(二元碱度为2.0)的条件下,进行混合钒钛矿粉与4种进口矿的熔融特性指标检测,并采用相图分析和互配试验比较钒钛矿粉与进口矿粉的熔融特性。结果表明:不同种类铁矿粉的熔融特性指标各异,黑谷田、瑞禾和百草粉3种钒钛矿粉的软化温度均不高于1350℃,半球温度、流动温度均不高于1410、1490℃,较有利于低温烧结生产;由15%黑谷田粉+55%瑞禾粉+30%百草粉配制成的混合钒钛矿粉的软化温度、半球温度、流动温度、软化区间分别为1332.5、1382.5、1470.5、138℃;澳矿1、2配入对钒钛混合粉的熔融特性有利;当智利矿粉配比超过20%或巴西矿粉超过50%时,混合矿粉的液相生成困难、流动性变差,对烧结矿质量带来负面影响。将一种固定的混合钒钛矿粉与进口矿搭配使用后,混合矿粉的熔融特性能够性能互补,并呈现叠加性。 With the tightening of the restrictions on imported ore powder and the increase in prices,the contribution rate of domestic ore powder to crude steel production is increased year by year,and the efficient development and utilization of the abundant vanadium-titanium magnetite resources in Panxi region of China has attracted the attention of steel enterprises.Such fusion characteristic index values as softening temperature,hemispheric temperature,flow temperature and softening interval are used to approximately characterize the liquid phase formation and flow characteristics of ore powder,and the fusion characteristics of mixed vanadium-titanium ore powder and four kinds of imported ores are tested under the condition of constraining SiO_(2) mass fraction and alkalinity(binary alkalinity of 2.0),while the fusion characteristics of vanadium-titanium ore powder and imported ore powder are compared by phase diagram analysis and mutual matching test.The results show that the fusion characteristics of different kinds of iron ore powder are different,and the softening temperature of the three kinds of vanadium-titanium ore powder of Heigutian,Ruihe and Baicao powder is not higher than 1350℃,and the hemispheric temperature and flow temperature are not higher than 1410 and 1490℃respectively,which is more conducive to low-temperature sintering production.The softening temperature,hemispheric temperature,flow temperature and softening interval of vanadium-titanium ore powder mixed with 15%Heigutian powder+55%Ruihe powder+30%Baicao powder are 1332.5,1382.5,1470.5℃and 138℃,respectively.The incorporation of No.1 and 2 of Australian ore is favorable to the fusion characteristics of vanadium-titanium mixed powder;when the ratio of Chilean ore powder exceeds 20%or Brazilian ore powder exceeds 50%,the liquid phase of the mixed ore powder is difficult to generate and the fluidity becomes poor,which negatively affects the quality of the sinter.After a fixed mixed vanadiumtitanium ore powder is used with imported ore power,the fusion characteristics of the mixed ore powder can be complementary and superimposed.
