喷吹高钙烟煤对含铁炉料熔滴性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对某高钙烟煤低灰、低硫、低磷、高CaO、高热值、高燃烧率的特点,本文进行向高炉喷吹该烟煤的试验,研究熔剂入炉方式变化对含铁炉料性能的影响,探索高比例喷吹该烟煤条件下的炉料结构,为该烟煤大规模应用高炉喷吹奠定基础。研究结果表明:使用该烟煤后,除熔融开始温度和软化区间略有提高外,其他指标均降低;保持烟煤占比为30%不变,随着煤比由140 kg/t上升到200 kg/t,炉料的软化开始温度、软化终了温度、熔融终了温度逐渐增加,熔融开始温度、软化区间、最大压差变化不大,熔融区间和软熔层厚度呈现出先升高后降低的趋势;保持煤比为160 kg/t不变,随着烟煤占比从30%上升到100%,炉料的软化开始温度、软化终了温度、熔融开始温度、熔融终了温度整体呈现先升高后降低的趋势,软化区间呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,熔融区间、最大压差和软熔层厚度也呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。 Aiming at such characteristics as low ash,low sulfur,low phosphorus,high CaO,high calorific value and high combustion rate of a high calcium bituminous coal,the experiment on injecting the bituminous coal into blast furnace is conducted,the influence of flux injection mode change on the performance of iron-containing burden is studied,and the burden structure under the condition of high proportion injection of the bituminous coal is explored,which lays the foundation for the large-scale application of blast furnace injection of the bituminous coal.The results show that,after using this bituminous coal,except for a slight increase in the melting start temperature and softening interval,other indexes are reduced.Keeping the bituminous coal ratio unchanged at 30%,with the coal ratio increasing from 140 kg/t to 200 kg/t,the softening start temperature,softening end temperature and melting end temperature of the burden gradually increase,while the melting start temperature,softening interval and maximum pressure difference have little changes,and the thickness of melting interval and soft melting layer first increases and then decreases.When the coal ratio is kept constant at 160 kg/t,with the proportion of bituminous coal rising from 30%to 100%,the softening start temperature,softening end temperature,melting start temperature and melting end temperature of the burden as a whole show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,the softening interval shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and the melting interval,maximum pressure difference and soft melting layer thickness also show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
