摘要
通过叙事呈现评价制度对学生学习行为的影响,考察评价目的异化所导致的学习异化,剖析学生评价体系的规训性结果,研究发现:以鉴别卓越为目的的学生评价,促使学习异化为一场追求分数最大化的策略游戏;继而,由绩点评分制度和过程性评价构成的学生评价装置,导致了个体过度的自我监控,建构了一种“可算度的人”,从而一定程度上抑制了学生的学业能力。同时,这更是拔尖创新人才培养过程中关于“卓越”意象的话语建构问题,以竞优为目的、高度同质化的评价话语导致了大学生的主体危机,也带来了限制拔尖创新人才高质量发展的危机。
The impact of the evaluation system on students'learning behavior is presented through narrative,the alienation of learning caused by the alienation of the evaluation purpose is investigated,and the disciplinary results of the student evaluation system are analyzed.Then,the student evaluation device composed of grade point grading system and process evaluation led to excessive self-monitoring of individuals,and constructed a kind of"calculable person",thus inhibiting students'academic ability to a certain extent.At the same time,there is a problem of the discourse construction of the education system on the image of"excellence"while cultivating topnotch innovative talents.The highly homogeneous evaluation discourse aimed at competing for excellence has led to a crisis of the subject of college students,which creates a trap limiting the high-quality development of top-notch innovative talents in the meanwhile.
