摘要
我国煤矿巷道高效掘进主要依赖于悬臂式掘进机,而回转台是悬臂式掘进机的重要部件,在巷道掘进中受到来自截割部、行走部的各种载荷。以EBZ220(H)型掘进机回转台为研究对象,对回转台在截割臂的几种工作状态下进行静力学分析,将分析计算结果导入Creo simulation,得到不同状态下回转台的应力分布情况,结合铸造生产中常见问题,对回转台进行优化设计。
The efficient tunneling of coal mine tunnels in China mainly relies on cantilever tunnel boring machines,and the rotary table is an important part of the cantilever tunnel boring machine,which is subject to various loads from the cutting part and the walking part during tunneling.Taking the rotary table of EBZ220(H)tunnel boring machine as the research object,the statics analysis of the rotary table under several working states of the cutting arm was carried out.The analysis and calculation results were introduced into Creo simulation to obtain the stress distribution of the rotary table under different states.Combined with the common problems in casting production,the rotary table was optimized.
