平行折线绳槽塑衬的设计、应用与维护

摘要 缠绕式提升机的绳槽结构对提升钢丝绳的平稳缠绕具有重要影响。阐述了国内螺旋塑衬和国外平行折线绳槽套的应用情况;针对超深井提升机,介绍了一种新型平行折线绳槽塑衬的设计、安装、维护以及在国内煤矿的应用情况。平行折线绳槽塑衬结合了螺旋塑衬和平行折线绳槽套的优点,安装方便、过渡平稳,能够满足我国提升钢丝绳2~4层平稳缠绕过渡的要求。 The rope groove structure of the winding hoist has an important influence on the smooth winding of the hoisting wire rope.The application of domestic spiral plastic liner and foreign parallel groove bushing was described.Aiming at the ultra deep mine hoist,the design,installation,maintenance and application in domestic coal mines of a new type of plastic liner for the parallel groove was introduced.This plastic liner for the parallel groove combined the advantages of spiral plastic liner and parallel groove bushing,making it easy to install and smooth in winding,which could meet the requirements of smooth winding for 2~4 layers of the hoisting wire rope in China.
