Experimental study on beneficiation of high-grade iron ore imported from Mongolia

摘要 蒙古国高品位进口铁矿石,原矿粒度为-20 mm、品位为44.65%,有害杂质少,为易选磁铁矿石。由于选厂地区水资源短缺,采用高压辊磨闭路破碎、一粗一精干选工艺流程进行试验研究。结果表明,当高压辊磨机在10.0 MPa工作压力下,原矿闭路破碎到-3 mm,在磁场强度4000 GS下粗选,在磁场强度3000 GS下精选,最终可获得产率为65.45%、回收率为91.50%、品位为62.42%的高品位铁精矿。试验研究为该蒙古国高品位进口铁矿石选别加工提供了可行的工艺流程,同时也为我国水资源短缺地区同类型铁矿资源的开发利用提供借鉴。 The high-grade iron ore imported from Mongolia is easy to separate magnetite ore with a raw ore size of-20 mm,a raw ore grade of 44.65%and few harmful impurities.Due to the shortage of water resources in the plant area,a high-pressure grinding roll closed circuit crushing and one roughing and one fine dry separation process was adopted for experimental research.The results showed that when the high-pressure grinding roll operated at a pressure of 10.0 MPa,the raw ore was crushed below 3 mm in a closed circuit.Then,roughing selection was carried out at a magnetic field strength of 4000 GS,and fine selection was carried out at a magnetic field strength of 3000 GS.Ultimately,a high-grade iron concentrate with a yield of 65.45%,a recovery rate of 91.50%,and a grade of 62.42%could be obtained.The experimental research provided a feasible process flow for the processing of high-grade iron ore imported from Mongolia,and also provided reference for the development and utilization of similar iron ore resources in areas with water scarcity in China.
