某钼矿高压辊磨工艺流程研究

Research on process flow of high-pressure grinding roll in a molybdenum mine

摘要 针对不同矿石与高压辊磨工艺流程适应性问题,对某钼矿改造拟采用高压辊磨开路、5 mm干式闭路和3 mm湿式闭路3种高压辊磨工艺进行试验和一段球磨机选型研究。结果表明,不同高压辊磨工艺的产品粒度和邦德功指数均存在差异,3 mm湿式闭路流程产品粒度和功指数均最低;以改造后生产能力达10000 t/d为目标进行选型核算,3种高压辊磨工艺一段球磨机装机功率分别为4500、3800和3200 kW,3 mm湿式闭路流程的一段磨矿能耗最低,适应性最强。 In response to the adaptability of different ores and high-pressure grinding roll process,three kinds of high-pressure grinding roll processes,including high-pressure grinding roll open circuit,5 mm dry closed circuit and 3 mm wet closed circuit,to be used in a molybdenum mine transformation were tested,and the selection of the ball mill for primary grinding was studied.The results showed that there were differences in product particle size and Bond work index among different high-pressure grinding roll processes,with the 3 mm wet closed circuit process having the lowest particle size and work index.Taking the production capacity of 10000 t/d after transformation as target,after selection and calculation,the installed power of the ball mill for the first-stage grinding with different high-pressure grinding roll processes was 4500,3800 and 3200 kW,respectively.The energy consumption of the first-stage grinding process for the 3 mm wet closed circuit process was the lowest and the adaptability was the strongest.
