基于慢性乙型肝炎证候系统生物学基础的宫内感染研究进展及思路

Research Progress and Idea of Intrauterine Infection Based on the Syndrome Systemic Biological Basis of Chronic Hepatitis B

乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染目前依然是一个严重的全球公共卫生问题,阻断HBV的垂直传播仍然存在一定失败率,可能与HBV宫内感染机制没有明确以及缺乏有效阻断措施相关。系统生物学、慢性乙型肝炎与中医证候的结合、发展与应用,为HBV宫内感染机制的研究提供了手段和思路。从基因、蛋白、代谢等角度,从不同组学层面探讨不同证候分类的宫内传播机制,以期从慢性乙型肝炎中医证候联合生物系统学寻找解决当前困局的思路。

Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is still a serious global public health problem,and Blocking vertical transmission of HBV still has a certain failure rate,which may be related to the unclear mechanism of HBV intrauterine infection and the lack of effective blocking measures.The combination,development and application of system biology,chronic hepatitis B and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes provide means and ideas for the study of HBV intrauterine infection mechanism.From the perspective of gene,protein and metabolism,the intrauterine transmission mechanism of different syndrome classification is discussed from different histological levels,with a view to finding a solution to the current dilemma from the combination of TCM syndrome and systems biology of chronic hepatitis B.
