补肾启枢强心颗粒联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

Clinical Study on Bushen Qishu Qiangxin Granules Combined with Western Medicine for Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察补肾启枢强心颗粒联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:将90例CHF患者以随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各45例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用补肾启枢强心颗粒治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能指标及血清炎症因子水平,并评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分及左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分及LVEDV、LVESV、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组22.22%(P<0.05)。结论:补肾启枢强心颗粒联合西药治疗CHF,能够有效减轻患者炎症反应,改善心功能,临床疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Qishu Qiangxin Granules combined with western medicine for chronic heart failure(CHF)and its effect on heart function.Methods:A total of 90 cases of CHF patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Bushen Qishu Qiangxin Granules based on the treatment of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,heart function indexes,and serum inflammatory factors levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,and the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were increased(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,and the levels of LVEDV,LVESV,IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the LVEF level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in the treatment group,lower than that of 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Qishu Qiangxin Granules combined with western medicine for CHF can effectively reduce the inflammatory responses of patients and improve heart function,with a significant clinical effect and high safety.
