舒筋活血方熏洗联合体外冲击波治疗肩袖钙化性肌腱炎对关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of Fumigation and Washing with Shujin Huoxue Prescription Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave on Joint Function Recovery of Patients with Rotator Cuff Calcifying Tendinitis

目的:观察舒筋活血方熏洗联合体外冲击波治疗肩袖钙化性肌腱炎对关节功能恢复的影响。方法:将96例肩袖钙化性肌腱炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各48例,对照组予体外冲击波治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒筋活血方熏洗治疗。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后肩关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,Constant-Murley(CMS)疼痛(P)、日常生活能力(ADL)、关节活动(ROM)、肌力(MMT)评分及总分。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率93.75%,高于对照组79.17%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组肩关节功能P、ADL、ROM、MMT评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活血方熏洗联合体外冲击波治疗肩袖钙化性肌腱炎效果显著,可缓解疼痛,恢复肩关节功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of fumigation and washing with Shujin Huoxue Prescription combined with extracorporeal shock wave on joint function recovery of patients with rotator cuff calcifying tendinitis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with rotator cuff calcifying tendinitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave,and the observation group was additionally treated with fumigation and washing with Shujin Huoxue Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Constant-Murley(CMS)of pain(P),Ability of Daily Living(ADL),Range of Motion(ROM),Manual Muscle Testing(MMT)and total score in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.75%in the observation group,higher than that of 79.17%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparisons of scores of functional P,ADL,ROM,MMT and total score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above scores were increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of fumigation and washing with Shujin Huoxue Prescription combined with extracorporeal shock wave has a significant effect on rotator cuff calcifying tendinitis,which can relieve pain and restore shoulder joint function.
