解毒化瘀润燥汤联合羟氯喹片治疗干燥综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction Combined with Hydroxychloroquine Tablets for Sjogren Syndrome

目的:观察解毒化瘀润燥汤联合羟氯喹片治疗干燥综合征(SS)的临床疗效。方法:将97例SS患者按随机数字表法分为对照组48例和观察组49例,对照组采用羟氯喹片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加解毒化瘀润燥汤治疗,2组患者均连续治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应,比较2组治疗前后血清免疫指标、唾液流量及双眼泪液流量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.88%,高于对照组79.17%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组唾液流量、双眼泪液流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组唾液流量、双眼泪液流量均增多(P<0.05),且观察组多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组ESR、CRP、IgG水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率10.20%,低于对照组27.08%(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化瘀润燥汤联合羟氯喹片治疗SS,可提高临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction combined with Hydroxychloroquine Tablets for Sjogren syndrome(SS).Methods:A total of 97 cases of SS patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 and 49 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with Hydroxychloroquine Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one month.Clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,serum immune indexes,saliva flow rates,and quantity of tears in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.88%in the observation group,higher than that of 79.17%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of saliva flow rate and the quantity of tears between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the saliva flow rates and the quantity of tears in both eyes in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and saliva flow rate and quantity of tears in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ESR,CRP,and IgG in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.20%in the observation group,lower than that of 27.08%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction combined with Hydroxychloroquine Tablets for SS can improve the clinical effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
