基于肝肾同源理论探讨不孕症的针灸治疗思路

Discussion on Treatment Idea of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Infertility Based on Theory of Homogeny of Liver and Kidney

中医认为不孕症的病位在胞宫,病机总属肾虚肝郁,兼有痰湿、瘀血等病理产物。肝肾同源又称乙癸同源,肝肾两脏在经脉循行、精血、阴阳等方面与不孕症关系密切。从“肝肾同源”的理论渊源及其与不孕症的关系探讨不孕症的针灸治疗,治疗上注重补肾气、疏肝气,兼调冲任、安神智,若兼痰湿、瘀血者予化痰、祛瘀。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease location of infertility lies in the uterus,and its pathogenesis is the kidney deficiency and liver constraint,accompanied by phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and other pathological products.The homogeny of liver and kidney,also known as"yi and gui are from the same source";the liver and kidney are closely related to infertility in terms of the course of the meridian,blood and essence,and yin and yang.This paper discussed the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for infertility from the theoretical origin of"homogeny of liver and kidney"and its relationship with infertility.In the treatment,attention should be paid to tonifying the kidney qi,soothing the liver qi,and regulating the thoroughfare and conception vessels and calming the mind,and the solutions of dissolving phlegm and dispelling stasis should be given to the patients with phlegm,dampness,and blood stasis.
