抖针结合摇罐治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Shaking Needling Combined with Shaking Cupping for External Epicondylitis of Humerus

目的:观察抖针结合摇罐治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将100例肱骨外上髁炎患者分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组予以常规针灸治疗,观察组予抖针结合摇罐治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Moya肘关节功能评分(MEPS)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗1周、2周后VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),MEPS升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗1周、2周后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),MEPS高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抖针结合摇罐治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效确切,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,改善肘关节功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of shaking needling combined with shaking cupping on external epicondylitis of humerus.Methods:A total of 100 patients with external epicondylitis of humerus were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine acupuncture,and the observation group was given the therapy of shaking needling combined with shaking cupping.The clinical effects,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the two groups after one week and two weeks of treatment were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the MEPS were increased(P<0.05).The VAS scores after one week and two weeks of treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the MEPS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of shaking needling combined with shaking cupping has a definite effect on treating external epicondylitis of humerus,which can effectively relieve pain and improve elbow joint function.
