摘要
“一市两场”运行模式事关航空公司的发展战略规划。综合考量各种因素构建航线分配综合决策指标体系,建立了目标层、需求层和决策层的映射表示关系,使用5个决策指标来进行航线分配。以A航在成都“一市两场”模式下的航线网络构建为实例,完成了A航在成都市两场下的航线分配方案。使用该方法所选择的航线分配方案契合机场定位,能够实现两场差异发展,构建的航线网络有利于航空公司为接下来的发展决策提供参考。
The operation mode of“one city,two fields”is related to the strategic planning of airlines.A comprehensive decision-making index system for route allocation was constructed based on various factors,the mapping and representation relationships of the target layer,demand layer and decision layer were established,and five decision indicators were used for route allocation.Taking the construction of Airlines A’s route network under the“one city,two destinations”mode in Chengdu as an example,the route allocation plan of Airlines A under Chengdu city has been completed.The route allocation scheme selected by this method is in line with the positioning of the airport,which can realize the development of the two different fields,and the constructed route network is conducive to providing reference for airlines to make subsequent development decisions.
