摘要
窄线宽、大范围可调谐半导体激光器在高速光通信、光纤传感、精密光谱测量、激光雷达等领域拥有广泛的应用前景。回顾了近年来窄线宽可调谐半导体激光器研究进展,着重分析了Littrow和Littman典型结构可调谐半导体激光器的工作原理及其特点,并对其未来发展趋势做出预测。
Narrow linewidth,broadband tunable semiconductor lasers have wide applications in high-speed coherent communication,optical fiber sensing,high-precision optical spectrum measurement,laser radar,etc.The development of narrow linewidth tunable semiconductor lasers are introduced in recent years,the working principle.and features of tunable semiconductor lasers based on Littrow and Littman structure are analyzed,their development in the future is forecasted.
