基于单片机的白光干涉多点传感系统设计

摘要 随着科学技术的不断创新,小型化、集成化、智能化已成为光电子器件的重要研究方向。基于白光干涉测量原理,使用STM32单片机设计了一款集控制步进位移台、输出振镜信号、检测光电探测器电压多种功能一体的控制系统,并针对输出方波信号、检测电压等需求在设计中加入了放大电路、检波电路,实现了集成化并通过以上功能简化了系统。根据检测到电压的信号,利用函数实现了自动找寻干涉区间的功能,完成了基于单片机的白光干涉测量操控系统,该系统经测试具有良好的测量稳定性与重复性,降低了实验仪器成本。 With the continuous innovations of technology,miniaturization,integration and intelligence have become an important research direction of opto-electronic devices.Based on the white light interferometry principle,STM32 SCM is used to design a control system with multi-function such as control step displacement,the output miror of vibration signals and testing photoelectric detector voltage.According to the requirements of the output pulse signal and testing voltage,the amplifying and detection circuits are added in design,and the integration and simplification of the system are realized.According to the detected voltage signal,the function of automatically finding the interference interval is realized by using the function,and the white light interference measurement control system based on the single chip microcomputer(SCM)is completed.The system has good measurement stability and repeatability after testing,and reduces the cost of the experimental instruments.
