数字经济对农村居民消费升级的空间溢出效应研究

Spatial Spillover Effect of Digital Economy on Rural Residents'Consumption Upgrading

随着数字技术的发展,数字经济已成为我国扩大内需、实现经济高质量发展的“新引擎”。本文基于2011—2019年中国省际面板数据,从互联网发展和数字普惠金融两个维度构建数字经济发展综合测评体系,对我国各省份数字经济发展水平进行测度,并基于测度结果实证研究数字经济对我国农村居民消费升级的影响效应,运用面板空间杜宾模型检验数字经济影响农村居民消费升级的空间溢出效应。结果表明:数字经济对农村居民消费升级具有显著的促进作用,且存在显著的空间溢出效应,数字经济的发展不仅影响了本地农村居民消费升级,还对周边地区有溢出效应。

With the development of digital technology,the digital economy has become a"new engine"for China to expand domesticdemand and achieve high-quality economic development.This article builds a comprehensive evaluation system for the development of China's digital economy from two dimensions:Internet development and digital inclusive finance based on China's inter provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019,and measures the development level of the digital economy in various provinces in China.Based on the measurement results,this paper empirically studies the impact of the digital economy on the consumption upgrading of rural residents in China,and uses the panel space Dubin model to test the spatial spillover effect of the digital economy on the consumption upgrading of rural residents.The research shows that the digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the consumption upgrading of rural residents.It is further found that the digital economy has a significant spatial spillover effect on the consumption upgrading of rural residents.The development of the digital economy not only affects the consumption upgrading of local rural residents,but also has a spillover effect on peripheral areas.The research conclusions have certain policy implications for improving the consumption structure of rural residents in China.
