摘要
农村居民消费力是指农村居民所具备的关于如何消费以及使用消费对象的知识和能力。农村居民消费力的提升不仅关系到乡村振兴战略的实施,而且关系到“十四五”规划中“加快构建以国内大循环为主体”的新经济发展格局,关系到我国经济的健康持续高质量发展。本文基于江苏省1136户农村居民家庭消费的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型,分析消费主体、消费客体和消费环境对农村居民消费力的影响。结果表明:消费主体、消费客体、消费环境均在一定程度上影响了农村居民消费力的提升和释放。因此,要提高农村居民消费力水平,必须增加农村居民收入、提高农村居民的科学文化水平;促进农村地区产品和服务供给的不断升级;治理农村环境污染、整治假冒伪劣市场乱象并严厉打击黄赌毒违法犯罪行为。
Rural residents'consumption power refers to the knowledge and ability that rural residents possess about how to consume and use consumption objects.The improvement of rural residents'consumption power is not only related to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also related to the construction of the new economic development pattern with"domestic circulation as the main body"in the 14th Five Year Plan,and related to the healthy,sustained,and high-quality development of China's economy.Based on the survey data of 1136 rural households'consumption in Jiangsu Province,this paper uses structural equation models to analyze the impact of consumption subjects,consumption objects,and consumption environment on rural residents'consumption power.The results show that the consumption subject,consumption object,and consumption environment all affect the promotion and release of rural residents'consumption power to a certain extent.Therefore,to improve the level of rural residents'consumption power,it is necessary to increase rural residents'income and improve their scientific and cultural level;Promote the continuous upgrading of the supply of products and services in rural areas;We will address rural environmental pollution,crack down on fake and shoddy markets,and severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts of pornography,gambling,and drugs.
