川渝东北水资源协同优化配置研究 被引量:1

摘要 川渝东北华蓥山、精华山之间平行岭谷区为渠江和长江干流水系的分水岭,工程性缺水和资源性缺水并存,需要实施骨干水资源配置工程提升水资源调配能力。基于多指标评价体系分析提出了区域水资源统筹优化配置的范围和水资源配置方案。在分析大巴山南麓水源条件的基础上,按照“以供定需”原则提出了引水规模和布局方案,并开展了在水源端和输配水端增加调蓄能力、改善供水效果的初步研究。推荐以前河土溪口及小明通水库为水源,从土溪口水库左岸引水向川渝东北地区供水的工程布局,多年平均引水量4.9亿m3。 The parallel ridges and valleys between the Huaying Mountain and Jinghua Mountain in Northeast Sichuan-Chongqing form the watershed of the Qujiang River and the Yangtze River mainstem.To address the issue of both engineering water shortage and resource water shortage,it is necessary to implement large-scale water resources allocation projects to improve water resources allocation capacity.Based on a multi-index evaluation system,this study proposes the water resources allocation scope and optimal allocation scheme.After analyzing the water source conditions in the southern foot of the Daba Mountains,the water diversion project scale and layout plan are proposed based on the principle of“supply determines demand”,and the preliminary study on increasing the regulating and storage capacity at the water source end and the transmission and distribution end to improve the water supply effect is conducted.The recommended scheme is to divert water from Tuxikou reservoir and Xiaomingtong reservoir,with an average annual water diversion of 490 million m3.
