河流生态价值转化评价及机制研究

Studies on evaluation and mechanism of river ecological value transformation

通过定量计算河流治理前后生态效益、经济效益、社会效益等发生的响应性变化,反映中小河流系统治理促进生态价值转化的效果,并通过分析浙江省河流治理促进生态价值转化的典型案例,研究提出河流系统治理促进绿水青山向金山银山转化的机制,为其他地区水生态产品价值转化提供参考借鉴。

This study evaluates the effectiveness of small and medium-sized river system governance in promoting ecological value transformation through quantitative estimation of changes in ecological,economic,and social benefits before and after river governance.By analyzing typical cases of river governance in Zhejiang Province,we propose a mechanism of green mountains and clear waters for systematic governance of rivers,which may provide a reference for the transformation of aquatic ecological products in other regions.
